I missed the window to cancel before my trial ended. I received an email stating my services were cancelled today, but I was still charged for the month. How can I receive a refund?

My free trail ended a couple of days ago and I was charged around $45 for a month of service. I cancelled my account today and received an email stating that my services would also end today. However, I’ve already been charged, so I would either like my services for the next 30 days or a refund. Please assist. Thank you!

    Thank you for posting, @Stellar_Miraclecac3.

I’m sorry for the confusion about the charge after you canceled your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription.

I reviewed the subscription associated with this account and can confirm that the Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription started on August 22, 2026, and was canceled on August 23, 2026.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically and returned to the original payment method. Please note that refund processing can take up to 14 days, and your financial institution may require additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.

I hope this helps clear up the situation.

For more context, I was charged on 8/21, cancelled on 8/23, and received an email stating my service would end on 8/23.

you cannot if you missed the free cancellation period. you can check the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and make sure everything is cancelled, https://account.adobe.com

Thank you, but this doesn’t really answer my question. I received confirmation that my services would end immediately and that I would only have access to the free services, but I was charged for a month of service.
