I want to turn off Premiere Pro.

I want to turn off Premiere Pro. I used the free trial on December 25th for one week. After that, the payment was made on a regular basis, but the payment was not made on January 9, 2021. After payment, the program was not required, so I tried to release it. However, it cannot be released. Please check and release.
