2019 black friday subscribers pay 69.00 Brazilian reais for one year. After this period expires, do you have the contract readjusted to 89.00 or 119.00 Brazilian reais?

Yes. The discount is only good for a year. Once the first year is over you pay whatever the current price is for the subscription, and the Adobe website will display that information.
