Moved to a different country, can't change my payment method.

Hello all, so I've moved to a different country so I'd like to change a card I'm paying from but when I go to "add card" I can't  change the country even though I've changed the region on the bottom of my adobe account.  

I have a few websites that I have with Adobe and I don't want to lose them by creating a new account. 

I've been trying to find an email of Adobe so I can't ask them for a help but nothing...

    New country = new account, new payment method.

    That seems to be the only option. Sucks because I move around a lot; it is really annoying to make a new account everytime.

    The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary:

    None of these are helpful. The agents couldn't even help me with changing countries. I got frustrated with them and gave up. It sucks that I have to create a new account with a different email for every country I go too. Really bad platform. I need PS and LR for work though.

    • I went to "add new" and the country was greyed out.
    • I asked the agent to delete my old cards and he said he did. It still showed one old card though.
    • He sent me some qoute link and I sent my cc details but my bank won't process it probably b/c it didn't ask for the security 3-digit number.

    So issue still not resolved and agents arn't helping. The only solution is frustratingly to create a new account with a new email....... not fun.

    if you were able to delete the payment method shown on your account (https://account.adobe.com), will that allow to do what you want?
