Question

My billing is all screwed up due to my credit card being hacked and automatically changing everything to a new card. It appears I was double billed for a month. Who and how can I talk to?

    Thanks for posting, @Kevin23663065ilwz.

I am sorry to hear about the confusion after your credit card was compromised.

From what you've described, it may appear that you've been charged twice, but I can see that you currently have active subscriptions to both Photoshop and InDesign. If both plans are active, Adobe may bill them separately, which can appear to be a duplicate charge at first glance.

To review your active plans and billing history, sign in to your Adobe account and visit:

    • Manage your plans: https://account.adobe.com/plans

Since your credit card was replaced, you may also want to verify that the correct payment method is associated with your subscriptions:

    • Update payment information: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-billing-information.html

After reviewing your plans and billing history, you should be able to confirm whether the charges correspond to separate subscriptions or if there's another issue that needs attention.

I hope this helps clarify what you're seeing. Please update this discussion thread if you have any questions.
