Nobody uses ALL of the apps & services.  I probably use 10% of them.  But bundles are much cheaper than buying each app separately.

I am only using a few of the programs available to me? I use Photoshop, Acrobat DC, Lightroom, Bridge, a far cry from the 40+ apps that I am paying for.

It's like eating at a restaurant.  You can order the buffet or you can order à la carte.

It is usually less expensive if you want three items to order the buffet, even though there are 40+ items on the buffet that you won't eat.

Adobe does not do custom plans where you may select what you want

What MAY work for you is the special photography plan plus Acrobat

The special photography plan is somewhat like a 'loss leader' advertisement to get you into a grocery store to buy the items on sale, while hoping that you will decide to add other purchases... the photoshop in the special plan is exactly the same as the photoshop sold as a single product for a higher price
