I have been having problem with my subscription and CANNOT FIND THE CHAT/PHONE OPTION ON THE ENTIRE WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Somebody please guide me how to get in touch with these people!

hi i hope here can help me , i really to need cancel all my adobe plan because of im a student and i can’t afford this subscription. i would like to cancel without penalty please help. i subscrip because of trial 14 days and before that time i try to cancel but can’t and now i need to pay firts and i can cancel that plan but i can’t pay im student and dont enough money and i nee tu waive cancellation fee.

3. Online chat is available in English 24/7.
4. In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key and wait for a human.
5. Alternately, phone customer service M-F during normal business hours.

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
