Hi Adobe staff,

I don't know what to do, i ask many question through Adobe help center in Singapore, but no one could answer my question and end our the conversation unpolitely.

My problem start from the overcharged invoice. I ask them why?  1st Adobe staff told me, this invoice is transaction of next month with the new plan.  I think i said cleary, i don't want to extend the new plan, because my unuse assets = 120 assents. He offer me to discount the new plan cost (same price of the old plan) and then i can download  the rest of unuse asset.

I tell him, Adobe stock not fit to me anymore. He told me, the transaction (overcharged invoice) can refund, Do i want to refund?

I told him, i need to refund. But before getting to that point, I have 2 questions
1) How many times or days do i have to download unuse 120 assets before i finish old plan.
2) Why Adobe do not ask me before start new plan?
He told me, the system will send the message/email to me before start new plan, and I should ask this question again if when i receave the email. After that, he transfer my problem to the other one.

2nd Adobe staff, ask me same question and i told him the same answer and my question.
//// THIS IS MY ANSWER & QUESTION //////
1) My old plan (10 assets/month = 7XX THB) finish in 24 Nov. 2022 (but your charge in this plan not finish, i understand and i willing to pay the rest)

2) Today, I receaved your transaction = 1XXX THB. 1st Adobe staff tell me, it's the transaction of the new plan (start 25 Nov. 2022) . So i want to refund accept this part.

I have a question to 1st Adobe staff and you (2nd Adobe staff) that How many times or days do i have to download unuse 120 assets bofore i finish old plan?
////////////////////////////
And then 2nd staff transfer my aproblem to the other one.

3rd Adobe staff, ask me same question. I complaint the Adobe assist sytem, why i must answer the same question to 3 Adobe staff? They cut the conversation. ???????????????????????
///////////////////////////////////////////////

/////////////////////
I have many confuse. Someone please decribe me about it.
1) From the picture, my current plan (starting on 24 Nov. 21) is it all over yet?
2) If it's not, when it finish?

Sincerely
Thaniya C.

    You have until the end of your plan (nenewal date!) to use unused credits of your plan, if you want to cancel. If you don’t cancel, you won’t get more plan credits, because you are at the max of 120 credits for the 10 credits/month. If you cancel late, you have to pay early cancelation fees, as you are again into the next subscription period for a year.

    these are user forums.  you must discuss your adobe accessibility problems with adobe.

    use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

    p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

    p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

    p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
