Payment not refunded and invoices deleted
I recently changed my Adobe Creative Cloud Plan to Photography plan and due to no further need of the Photography Plan, I cancelled it. I haven't received the refund for the Adobe Creative Cloud and the refund for the Photography plan. Earlier credit notes were there in the billing and invoice history but now the credit notes are not visible in the invoice and billing history section.
I need refund of my payment and urgent actions for the same.
