payment problem

Hi guys!

Two months ago I've asked my girlfriend to add her computer as a second device in my Adobe plan. She added extra plan by a mistake. I realised after second monthly payment. Now I wanted to exit that extra plan which I don't need, but if I do that I have to pay 123 euro more. Thats crazy. Is there any way to avoid this additional payment?

The cancellation fees is a penalty levied for breaching the annual contract which is priced lower than the monthly commitment plan. Your girlfriend did the right thing. It is absolutely forbidden to share a plan, not even with family. So she needs her own plan.
