And When I cancel they want to charge me extra, so How can I get in touch with some authority at Adobe?

Not a happy client.

If your plan you took is a Teams plan: contact Adobe customer service via the admin console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support). You need to be a plan administrator to do so.

If your plan was an individual plan, contact Adobe customer service as indicated below: Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

    For support via Twitter:

    1. don't reply by email or remove your signature before replying. these are public forums.

    2. these are user-to-user public forums. no one here can take any action on your behalf.

    3. again, contact adobe support: open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
