Please can you help. I have been scammed and adobe not helping

Hello,

 

I today have an email from paypal saying I'm paying Adobe £23.99. I don't use it and don't understand it what is for. I can't find email for help me, so I went onto live chat to ask what happened and how I can stop this charge. The person just try to send me more products even though I explain that I don't use Adobe and I must have been hacked or scam for charge. Every time I try to explain that I don't know what these products is and have no need or use for them and can't afford the charge, they just try and send me a new product. I've attached conversation to show this.

 

I finally be as clear with them as I can and say I do not understand what these Adobe products are and they just say ok we cancel, and they immidiately leave the chat before I can ask about charge. I still have charge and they won't speak to me about it. I'd be very grateful if somebody could explain what this charge is and how I can get to get Adobe to stop it as I don't understand/need Adobe and I can't afford charge.

Are you certain it's REAL and not fake email?

Did you check your actual PayPal account to find out?

 

I say this because 90% of the the so called PayPal emails I get are not legitimate communications from from PayPal.

you were not talking to a human being and the robot did not understand the issue.
