Question

Please stop messaging and asking if I'mhappy

Hi

  Please refrain from thank you letters and such(please don't send me anything). I signed up to try the product because as a student I needed a quick easy solution and took the free trial offer and I recognized the name so I wrongfully decided to trust it. I failed to notice the contractual agreement of the short cancel window without outrageous penalties. I was fast played into a contract for a product I wasn't able to use for its intended purpose . I'm paying money I can't afford to be because I have to not because I am a happy customer. I literally begged the rep. trying to explain your costing me bank fees on top of the actual fee Adobe is relentlessly charging until it goes through. You got me but I will be sure to tell people to be careful and show them companies that aren't looking to rook people.

Best,
Brian

@Brian26002754tsvo,

Sounds like you have insufficient funds in your account.  Bank fees will snowball until you get that sorted.

However, this has absolutely nothing to do with Adobe or the Adobe products you subscribed to and failed to cancel in a timely manner.  You had 14 days to cancel without penalty fees.  Don't blame others for your mistakes.  Adobe isn't the bad guy here.

Definitely, this isn't the correct forum. I will transfer this from the stock contributor forum to Account, Payment, & Plan.

Kindly note that you need to cancel, if you want to stop getting invoiced. The bank fees are from your bank and not from Adobe.

The cancellation window is 7 days as you have a 7-day trial, if you take the trial and during the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you will be able to cancel and get refunded. Thereafter, you have concluded an annual subscription, that is automatically renewable if not cancelled during the last month of the subscription. The early termination fee is half of your remaining fee for not fulfilling your contract. That is written clearly in the terms and conditions, that you explicitly agreed upon.

Please note that this is a user to user forum, and most of the participants are fellow users and not Adobe employees. Adobe employees are badged accordingly as employees.

Who is this directed to and what are you complaining about? If you have a problem with an Adobe subscription, you'll have to direct your request directly to Adobe. This is a community of Adobe Stock Contributors, and we have no ability to look into your account or make any adjustments to your subscription.
