Pricing discrepancies (India)

I recently moved from the US and I tried to convert my Adobe account to India. I had a Creative Cloud Photography account and I wanted to convert it to just a Lightroom account in India. The price for Lightroom 1TB account is INR 382.32/mo. The virtual assistants keeps on telling that it's INR 811/mo. And I am like, nope I can see it's 382.32/mo. Then one of the virtual assistant went ahead and cancelled my existing US-based account stating that they will honor the price that is listed on the website and I can go ahead and buy the plan for 382.32. Everytime I click on buy now, it takes me to a webpage which says "Something is wrong, to buy the product over phone, contact xyz" when I call the number it rings and no one picks up. A horrible experience.

Then later another virtual assistant says the 382.32/mo price I am seeing is a "technical glitch". I mean really? That's the excuse?? Technical glitch across the board for days. What is this extortion procedure??

I said, I want to talk over phone, and all the numbers and link to numbers they provided me with are either switched off or no one is picking it up.

Now ALL my pictures are god knows where and the "help" from Adobe is as horrible and unknowledgeable as it can be. I have never experienced this kinda customer service, especially when I have been a regular customer in the US and the service was top-tier!

Is there any suggestions on how to go by this issue and get my pictures back? At this point I am angry on how I was mislead to cancel my existing subscription and loose access to my pictures!!

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address.

Hi @Optimistic_Essence5EBD,

We are sorry for the experience. Did you try making the purchase using a different computer or a different internet connection?

Also, please try the steps listed in this article: https://adobe.ly/3LQdNtF

Let us know if it helps.

Tha k you, I tried all that you listed. And the issue still persists.

I would like to have someone from Adobe to contact me via phone. Why is Adobe India so inaccessible by phone call? None of the customer service number works btw.
