Refund

It turns out I have two Adobe accounts.

I pay monthly for Photoshop but last week I was billed an annual fee also,

If I recall this also happened last year also but was rectified.

Obviouly I dont want to pay an annual fee on top of the monthly fee.

How can I get my annual fee refunded.
I have been down every rabbit hole Adobe link several times.

Talk to "Real People' gives me a virtual assistant.

I am finding the process very frustrating but trying to stay positive.

This is the short version of the story

I am in Dublin Ireland and would greatly appreciate this being solved.

Regards

Dermot

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

The virtual assistant tries to find the best agent for your problem, but most people explain in very complicated terms what they want. That makes the assistant turning around. Make sure that the second subscription gets cancelled, or you will be in the same situation next year around this time. You can have two different plans on the same Adobe ID, or you can have two same plans on two different IDs. Except by system error, you can't have twice the same plan on the same ID. I've seen that once.

Thank you both for your helpful replies.

I typed AGENT as suggested, into the virtual assistant and after a short while an agent came online.

The issue is resolved. I would never have known to type that in and this concluded an otherwise frustrating process.

Thanks again
