I have purchaed a monthy membership of Adobe cloud on 13th December 2021, which clearly claimed to refund full amount if membership is cancelled within 14 days. Despite of cancelling the subscription on 20th December 2021 I haven't recieved my money back. They said your refund will be processed in 5-6 business days, but its already been more than 20 days and there is no communication from there side!?
