Following my last post, thank you for your response. I understand your message, but I would like to know when I will receive my refund.

@leila_4372 I can confirm that you have canceled one of your subscriptions. If you no longer have a need for Adobe Acrobat Pro, then complete the self-cancel steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html.

 

As mentioned by ​@kglad , any refunds issued will take up to 14 days. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html for more information on the cancellation and refund process.

Hello,

 

Thank you for your previous response.

 

I understand that refunds can take up to 14 days.

However, I have not received clear confirmation that the refund has actually been initiated.

 

As the free trial was canceled within the trial period, could you please confirm in writing that the 36€ refund will be processed, and advise when I should expect it?
