Hi, I signed up for a free trial back in December ‘25 and promptly cancelled it when I realised I would never use it. The cancellation email came through on 18th December and I thought nothing of it. 
 

January came and I was charged the $49 odd dollars for the monthly fee. I was busy and didn’t follow it up. Thinking it would just be the one charge, whatever. 
I have just been charged again. I have searched high and low for a phone number, email address, something that can lead me to a human to find out why I am being charged on an account I had cancelled. 
 

I have since logged into my account and seen that it was active. I didn’t reactivate the account whatsoever. 
 

Where do I go to for assistance? Even the forums here don’t seem to give answers. I’m sorry I even signed up to Adobe now.
