Bonjour,

 

Je me suis abonné via l'application mobile j'ai annulé mon abonnement cependant j'ai été prélevé. J'aimerais annulé l'abonnement et être remboursé svp.

    there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

    chat:

    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
