Subscription not reflecting on Lightroom Mobile
Hi there.
I hope someone can help me. I recently purchased a yearly subscription to use premium features of Lightroom mobile however it will not let me use premium features. I use apple, so on my apple subscriptions it says that I am currently subscribed (in my trail period). However cannot use premium features. The app is asking me to upgrade my account so I selected the same option again but then a message says that I am already subscribed. After I tried that a handful of times it now gives me a notification saying unable to process purchase- if it persists please get support. I have logged out plus offloaded and re downloaded the app about 10 times.
I used to pay monthly installments but think it was with a my old email. One day it just logged me out of my old account and I lost all of my work and presets. I cancelled that monthly subscription and just started a new account with my new email and it's just giving me so many hassles.
What should I do next other than log out and in or offload and download the app again.
