Tried to change plans _ However I am now paying for both

Hi All,

 

I tried to change from the photo to creative plan..I thought I had it all sorted, but now I am paying for both!

When I cancel the photo plan, Adobe tries to charge me $80. It is frustrating that I now have to deal with both plans.

    Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser):

    Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
