Using lightroom on MacBook

Hi,

I can't seem to sign into Lightroom Cc on my MacBook with the same passwords and login that I use on my phone and iPad.
I go to restore purchase and only seem to be allowed to take the 7 day trial.
move wasted so much time trying to get this sorted!
can anyone help?

Hi,
It happened after I’d been using LR for sometime but I just hadn’t used it on this particular laptop for a while as I quite often use my iPad.

I did wipe LR off my laptop and reinstall in case that would fix the problem but it didn’t.

Abi, if you are being prompted for a password during the installation process for Lightroom CC, then the computer is asking you for the Mac login password. Please see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202860 if you need information on how to reset the Mac's login password.
