Wie komme ich zum Mitarbeiter Support-Chat?

Hey alle zusammen, es gibt bei mir Probleme mit Abbuchungen und ich muss unbedingt mit einem Mitarbeiter sprechen, ich weis es gibt diesen Chat, war da schon mal drinnen, aber jetzt finde ich nicht mehr den Zugang.

Auf der Website wird man nur dauerhaft im Kreis umgeleitetet.

Bitte kann mir jemand sagen wie ich einen Mitarbeiter kontaktieren kann?
