Wrong email log in

I can't access my paid Lightroom Classic app on my PC. For some obscurer reason my PC has determined that it is new and my regular login to LRC is now impossible. As I try to open the app it comes up with a trial offer as though I don't have a valid subscription. I accidently logged in with an incorrect email when it asked for my details and now there is no recognition of my subscription. I can't log out of the mistaken email nothing seems to work. What can I do

    if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

     

    if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

     

    if that fails, change the install location
