Wrong email registered. Can't login or cancel

When registering for a Photoshop trial I accidentally entered the wrong email account, one which I do not own or control. Apparently Adobe doesn't confirm emails when setting up new pay accounts?

I'm now trying to access the account to cancel it, but I can't because the security code needed to login is being sent to an email that I have never had access to. I don't see any relavent topics here, and real human support seems non existent.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sigh, I encountered this too. And it seems you can only have live support if you have an active plan (not a free trial). Did you happen to set a password for the "wrong email account" after registering for the photoshop trial?

I suggest checking your credit card transaction records more carefully from now on; like hopefully no one actually owns that "wrong email account" and ends up being able to abuse your credit card details somehow.

They are actually taking my money. My credit card just got charged again after a year. They should have an email confirmation. How can a large company do this? I will have to cancel my credit card so they won't charge? I made a typo on my email and the account was set up to a non existent email. Yet still they are charging my credit card. Who do I contact?  Can't they verify my credit card and stop charging me for a non existent account?

Babita, I am sorry, but I don't see active memberships under the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum. Please click on <Removed by Moderator> to begin a secure chat session with a member of our support team so any charges can be investigated.
