Creative Cloud Syncing Issue

Hello 🙂

I have an Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan with 1TB Storage. On my Mac HD/CUser I have a 'Creative Cloud Files' folder with all my files in and this folder has always synced to that 1TB of storage and those files have always shown in my Creative Cloud 'Your Files'.  This folder is now no longer syncing and my 'Your Files' is now empty. I understand from Adobe there has been a discontinuation of Creative Cloud synced files (https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/creative-cloud/kb/eol-creative-cloud-synced-files.html) but was told by an Adobe agent today on the phone that this is for Business Plans only and mine is an Individual Plan so that does not apply to me but they could not seem to help me with why my files are not syncing and showing in my 'Your Files'.

Thoroughly confused and frustrated... so any ideas or help would be VERY gratefully received.

Thank you,

-Pommegirl

Correct answer kglad

if you have an individual subscription, the cc sync folder no longer syncs.

if you have a tems or enterprise subscription, you may have a few more weeks.

but overall, i don't know why adobe support would fail to tell you.

Hi HI Kglad 🙂

THANKS so much for taking the time to reply! Okkkkk, I was telling the Adobe agent that I thought it was discontinued! I'm totally baffled that they kept telling me the discontinuation didn't apply to my plan and it was a problem with my computer and they even directed me to Apple!!!! 😕😕  It is still backing up my Lightroom by the looks of it but just no other of the files I kept in that Creative Cloud Folder so I will need to transfer those other files either to one Adobe's other storage options or a third party cloud storage provider... if I'm understanding all this correctly?
