Question

New computer, Adobe installed I cannot get to sync the library

Hello,

I recently got a new computer because my laptop broke down. I'm in the process of installing all my apps, including Adobe. However, after logging into my Adobe account, I noticed that my library syncing and photos are not appearing. When I checked the cloud, it says "Library Syncing" but it's been like that for over an hour now.

I have almost 6GB of data in my library. How much longer should I expect this syncing process to take? Also, is there anything else I need to do to ensure everything transfers properly?

I tried reaching out to customer service, but as is often the case with Adobe, they haven't been very helpful. They promised to call me back within an hour, which was an hour ago.

check your account, https://account.adobe.com

if that shows your expected subscription, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
