Permission from your IT administrator mat be required to enable apps management

"You dont have access to manage apps"

At my job I receive this message when trying to update my apps or download apps. My IT dept. says he cant do anything other than uninstall and reinstall the CC from my mac. That this must be pushed through on Adobe end and that I just have to wait until that happens. Im currently running most of my apps on 2024 but would like toupdate to the 2025. Any help is appreciated.
