Can I combine the cloud items from two accounts?

Question

I used to have two Adobe accounts, one for school and one for personal. I now only use one. Is there a way to combine or move the items still stored in the cloud storage from one account to another and get all of my files in one place?

Download them locally and then upload them to the other account.Make sure to have backups.
