Cloud files en libraries lost after temporary account shutdown

Hi! My account was temporarily deleted. My account is now active again and I have access to all my apps, but my cloud files and libraries are gone. Is there a way to get my cloud files and libraries back? Thanks for the help.

Hi Neelam,

I have an Adobe business enterprise account. I haven't made any changes to my account, but it was temporarily removed by the administrator. The account was then reactivated where I was first reverted to a free membership but I did uninstall and reinstall off all apps and now I have full access to all apps again. The other team members still have access to the library, but wen they try to open a cloud files, they get the message that the files have been deleted.

Please contact support via Admin Console to get more support on the issue. It's difficult for non Adobe Staff to identify what issues are plaguing your account.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry for your difficulties. To investigate the issue, could you please let us know if you have an enterprise account? Also, did you do any changes to your account or your PC? The files which you mentioned are missing are those shared files in any way. Is there anyone else facing the same issue?
