Creative Cloud App not showing that programs are updated

All my Adobe programs (LR Classic, Photoshop and Camera Raw) are up to date.    Creative Cloud app still shows that they neeed to be updated. On PC with Win10 21H2. Logged out and logged in.   Renamed  ...\AMMUdater\1.0 folder and it was "re-build".  Did a "repair".  Tried to unstall it, but wouldn't let me because it was needed for other programs.  If it would have let me would have re-installed it.  None of these actions worked.  Any help would be appreciated.

update your cc desktop app (top left hamburger menu>help>check for updates)

 

if that fails, reset it: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Ok - did the "reset" then let the programs re-install.  Fixed the issue.
