Creative Cloud library not syncing with members of my team

I am uploading Motion Graphics Templates to my team on Creative Cloud.

We are having issues with members of my team seeing the updated library. It's been an ongoing issue. It can be sometimes be resolved by members restarting and relogging in to Creative Cloud, but lately even that is not working. I recently just updated a file and right now I am the only one seeing it. Members are on different versions of After Effect and Premiere (2023 to 2025).

Any resolution to this? Is there an admin that can go into my Libraries folder and resync everyone?

If anyone encounters the same issue, the solution was to update the Creative Cloud app.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

That does nothing. According to google, that just relaunches the app, which I stated before is what we had our team already perform, including restarting Windows. Creative Cloud does not update.

it resets the app, but if it failed, it failed.

are the mac users having a problem or win or both?
