Creative Cloud stopped working

Good morning everyone,
I have a problem with the Creative Cloud app that stopped working one day
These are the things I've tried so far:
1) System cleaning with registry clean tool
2) Uninstall all Adobe software
3) Delete residual files and folders
4) Disabled the firewall

 

This is my OS

WIN 11 HOME 22H2  Build:22621.1928

 

When I start the app I still have the message "Creative Cloud Desktop app taking too long to load" and nothing happens...

 

For the Adobe assistance I should reset all my PC, reinstall Windows... this is not a solution form me

Same here.....

deleted everything by running the CC Cleaner tool. Downloaded the CC desktop app but it won't run....

Looks like an Abobe issue

When I run the CC uninstaller tool and choose the repair option, then it is unable to reach te server at Adobe.

It stays at 2%.

In my case I can install the APP but it don't load the page with all the APPs of my Account
