Explorer hangs when closing a CC product

Not sure where to post this--there doesn't seem to be a general CC forum.

 

Latest versions of CC products, latest version of Windows 10.

Every time I close any Adobe product, Windows Explorer hangs, my computer freezes up and I have to Ctrl-Alt-Del and restart Explorer. Very frustrating.
Any advice how to fix?

I go to that adobe page and there is no general forum.

I just updated CC and Windows, so I am using the latest updates. That is the information you need but gee, thanks so much for "helping" John.
