Hello

 

How to merge two adobe cc accounts ?

the one that I used to pay myself with an email account and the one that is payed by the school where I teach ? I need to access to my documents on my personnal account ?

I think you need to login to your personal account and download all your files so you can access them from the other account. Forget cloud use in this case.

i don't think you can do that.  confirm with support.

 

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
