I can't delete files in the cloud

Hi,

I have two questions:

1. I have 100 GB storage and i'm out off space. Can i upgrade the storage to more than 100 GB?

2. I tried to delete files and theno deleted them permanently again from the "deleted" folder, but after a few second i see that the same files are added again to my files folder.

Why is this happening?

is it bug?

Hi Dikla,
I had same issue.
Put syncronisation of your mac in PAUSE, then DELETE files on the cloud.

I was able to move my files from my macOS by first re-formatting my thumb drive from NTFC to macOS Extended Journal. This is why there was an issue syncing, once I moved the files Creative Cloud was syncing again and no more ! on a red triangle. The issue was with the thumb drive and not with Creative Cloud.
