I cannot log in on my company account.
I had a personal adobe account years ago using my work email address. We now have adobe through work--and it requires using that same work email. When I log in to adobe, I use the work email and the option for personal or enterprise appears. (I’m not sure why the personal as that subscription ended years ago.) I choose the Enterprise option but when I log in I can see by the icon that it is my old personal account--and I get prompted to purchase adobe.
