Hello!

I have a Macbook, and I had a ton of picture files for work stored in the Creative Cloud on my desktop. The Creative Cloud shortcut has disappeared from the finder app, and I cannot locate all of the folders that were in the creative cloud application on my desktop. How can I access all of these files?

Just to be perfectly clear, did you save all files to your computer's local hard drive?  Or were these files in your online Creative Cloud storage?

Adobe doesn't delete files from your local computer hard drive.  You must do that yourself.

Do a file search from your Mac Finder.

I did use the browser and checked each of these locations. I called Adobe, and they told me that they deleted all of the files as they were part of a sync change that was recently implemented. They said that they sent emails about this change, but I went through all of my emails and did not see a single one about this change. Do I have any other options to gain access to these files? I had some of them backed up but not all of them. It is crazy to me that they would delete files that seemed stored on my local computer. If I cannot gain access to these files, I will never use adobe ever again.
