Hi,I have the Creative cloud 20GB plan. I was getting a message saying I've exceeded my storage. Realised that I had auto upload on from my phone's camera roll which I have now diasabled AND deleted all the pictures from the Adobe cloud - went from over 3,000 images to just 200 but I am being told that my usage is still 59.9GB vs my 20GB. How is that even possible?! Is there a way for me to check what images make up my 59.9GB?Thanks.
So I have been trying to figure this out. When I copy and paste my Adobe portfolio link into a conversation message inside Linked In, I am getting a ghost image that no longer is part of my portfolio. It is using this image as the main photo for my portfolio and I can't find where it is coming from. I have attached the image from the LI chat. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Not sure what happened, but just opened up the Adobe Creative Cloud App after installing an update earlier this week, and the fonts inside the app are super tiny. The menu dropdowns are still the correct size, but everything inside is ridiculously small. See the attached image. How do I restore the correct font size so I can actually use it? Also, I noticed that clicking on buttons now sometime opens the wrong options, because the clickable area around the buttons seems to be much smaller, too.
My Case number: ADB-23425161-J0T4 was cancelled without resolution. I requested that my Adobe Stock subscription be cancelled but Adobe also cancelled my CC subscription and I had just paid for this on February 24th. Very disappointed that you are wasting my valuable time. I have an academic presentation to complete tomorrow and my CC account has been closed. I have just taken a look at the virus-like spread of Adobe background processes that persist beyond exiting Creative Cloud and frankly, it's enough to make me consider reporting them as malware. There is no conceivable legitimate reason why their software needs a presistent connection to IP addresses 54.167.222.166 and 52.31.19.200 (both port 443, both hosted by AWS) after termination of all applications. Having seen this means that we'll finish the work that needs doing, and then we'll have to take a board decision if we are to continue with Adobe software or switch to Affinity and bought (web)fonts - we already discovered that Adobe Typekit is as much a privacy risk as Google Fonts (whose use has been made risky under EU privacy laws with the arguments used by the Austrian court earlier this month to ban the use of Google Analytics) so taking that extra step and removing malware in the process is not going to be that hard. Creative cloud will not load. Any suggestions. Using Photoshop CC on windows 11+
Whenever I make any highlights/comments on my tablet, I don't see them when I open it up later on my laptop. I can, however, see any changes I make on my computer later on my tablet, just not the other way around. Any idea on what's going on? I'm fairly new to using Adobe and the Cloud, so I could just be missing something simple.

I cannot find any type of tutorial or support or file type suggestions when trying to build out my website using Portfolio. Will Portfolio be going away?I am a graphic designer (primarily print based) who has build out a website using Portfolio. I already have done one, but want to edit it using a different template. I've started down that path, but when I upload images, the sizing is all over the place--either in a grid pattern or individually. How can I crop images so that it appears as a thumbnail first, but when clicked on or hovered over, it appears full size? And, what's more ideal to use: a PNG, JPG, and do I have to resize all of my images (prior, in Photoshop) to be consistent or can they be sized in Portfolio? Suggestions/feedback is appreciated!

I can add all of my clienys color swatches to thier library but I can't add a gradient swatch for some reason, What am I missing?
I'm trying to access photos in CC Files > Libraries on my iPad that were saved to CC Librarys on my Desktop but they don't appear. When I create a Library in CC on my iPad and add photos they do appear in the desktop app but not the other way around. What's the issue? Anyone know a fix?
Hello!We are currently working on a big project that we needed to convert into a Team Project, and after a very long "syncing" phase, the project works as expected... Except towards the end of the file syncing, we got an error for 9 files that were over 20GB (which i imagine is the limit).I decided to go to my partner's house to collect these files on a hdd, and them copy them manually in my local storage drive, with the rest of the project.Now the project opens and syncs as expected on both our systems. But, i still get the syncing error relating to these 9 overweight files...I there a way to include these files as "already synced" in cloud sync management, so as to clear taht error message from the cloud app ? Thanks !

Is anyone around the world having issues with creative cloud syncing new fonts? I've recently logged in and out of my creative cloud app and the app specifically has removed all fonts I've previously had active, yet the web version of my font manager has all my fonts active. Seems to be a syncing issue specific to Adove Fonts on the app?

Currently the adobe font service is down.This means I cannot access fonts that a client has used in their style guide to prep an Indesign filefor mass production. This isn't just some small IT issue that we should brush off and predict that will subside over time because we trust Adobe. This is a big picture problem because we are putting our trust into a company to provide a universal service that alters our workflow when dealing with conditions like my own. I am now anable to continue production of a huge order over a FONT issue. Something before a cloud service, was easy to fix by a simple email to the client. But if a client is relying on the cloud service then guess what, everyone is screwed because ADOBE reinvented the wheel. If we are being forced into this cloud corner then why should we pay high dollar subscriptions for it!? This is an outrage and I for one will not stand for it!!! I hope
How do i find the files that are causing the problem?
My Adobe fonts stopped syncing and I was told to re-install (do a fresh install) of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app and ALL Adobe apps. I've removed everything and now the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app is stuck on 'Loading apps' eventualy displaying the message "Your apps are taking longer than usual to load. Relaunch Creative Cloud or restart your computer and try again". The app does then crash displaying the message "Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'." It gives me the option to 'Quit' or 'Repair'. I have tried to repair as you will see below. I've been on the phone to support who remote controlled my computer and changed a bunch of settings, which did nothing. I was told I would get a call back within 24-hours and a week later I'm still waiting. I've was back in contact with Adobe support who now,
The Cloud version of InDesign and AcrobatPro behave as the old buggy CS3. Why are we paying so much to go backwards? Yes I have a strong internet connection.

Today, fonts are not syncing with the Creative Cloud app, and therefore not showing up in any app. The Active Fonts list is blank. Enabling a font via the website says it is sucessfully activated but nothing shows up in the CC app's "Active Fonts" list. The "Previously Active" list still has all the previous fonts listed. If I pick one of those and reactivate it, it dissapears from the Prevous list, but there is still nothing in the Active list and it's still not available to use. However, on the website, that font shows it as being active. If I deactivate that font on the website, it returns to the Previously Activated list in the CC app. So it would seem the Active list of fonts is not working. Everything was fine yesterday. I've logged out, restarted the app, rebooted twice. Nothing has worked so far.iMac 27" 2020, 24GM RAM, MacOS Monterey 12.2.1
Just activated some fonts, NEUE HAAS GROTESK and they are nowhere to be found.Restarted, rebooted, nothing, no luck. Any ideas, suggestions?
Hello all,Currently Im building my adobe portfolio website and Im running with issues on visualization of any image that I upload - from large to small size images.I was able to start my portfolio website and everything was running smoothly, I could layout it and even place images. However, from one day to another Im not able to insert images anymore. What happens is is that after sucessfully uploading the image, the image loads perfectly for a couple of seconds and suddenly it turns into the following icon:... as if the image could not be loaded. For specs, Im currently running it on Chrome, my images are JPEGs and each image file doesnt exceed 10 MB.I would appreciate any help!Thank you
Hello! Sorry if this is a bit messy, it's my first time posting to this. Anyways, I am having an issue logging out of my creative cloud on my windows desktop. The sign out button is grey and I tried logging out from my browser but that also does not work. I can sign in and out of both my school account (which I am trying to log out from) and my personal on the browser, but I can't do the same on the creative cloud app itself. Any tips to help figure this out would be greatly appriciated. Thanks!
