is the community a theray platform for adobe victims ?

adobe is a scam at this point. how is one suppose to contact them ? i am geting changed multiple different prices and i cant talk to anyone about this other than the community. is this therapy for adobe victims?

I cancelled my subscription months ago, they keep charging me 49.9AUD. When I contacted the chat, that keeps dropping they say it's the AI feature, but that was only 6.99AUD. Doesn't know what to do. Can't even cancel the card, looking at everyone else this has happened to. I do think they have done it on purpose to get people keep paying.
