why is it that Adobe have completely isolated themselfs from their customers, there is no email support only a ussles chat bot. i just want help from a real person, who knew how hard that would be in this modern day and age.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

==============================================

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Adobe is not a scam. It’s a global company with 41 million Creative Cloud customers worldwide.

Log-in below to see what you subscribed to:

https://account.adobe.com/plans

Click manage plan for more options.

To speak with Customer Support, click the online chat icon and ask for an AGENT.

NOTE: Mobile Apps that you downloaded from Google Play or Apple iStore are separate billing matters between you and those stores. Contact those vendors directly.

Hope that helps.

Hello Adobe, I cancelled the subscription two months ago. I have cancellation email. I am still being charged $19.99 per month. Please look into this.

Hello Adobe Support,
I have an Adobe account that I created in February 2023. After signing in, I can still see two photos that I edited in 2023.
However, I edited many more photos recently using the same Adobe account. After my Android phone was reset, those recent edited photos are no longer available in Lightroom.
Could you please check if those photos or their edits are stored in my Adobe Cloud account? If they exist, I would appreciate your help in restoring them.
Thank you.

@MdMajbaUddin

Using a desktop browser that doesn’t have script blockers or VPN enabled, log-in to your online Creative Cloud Storage. Your Lightroom photos and videos should still be there.

Hope that helps.

Thank you for your reply. I don't have access to a desktop computer. Can I check my Creative Cloud storage using my Android phone instead? Also, I can only see my two old photos from 2023. My recent edited photos are missing.😓

I have been attempting to cancel for 3 months and can’t. The page NEVER loads. So, I have contacted my credit card company and asked them to reverse 3 months of charges and NEVER process another payment from Adobe.

@jwalking

try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled to cancel your subscription:

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

Hello Adobe Support,
I previously started a trial period in Acrobat reader. To my best knowledge I canceled the trial period but today I got a notification from my bank app that around 40 euros was charged for the subscription (that I previously already canceled). I would appreciate if I could get a refund, since I don’t use Acrobat Reader that often.

1 - this is a public forum, not Adobe support

2 - Reader is free, so where and what did you make a purchase?

Hello Adobe Support,

I previously subscribed to Adobe using this school email address:

[removed by moderator]

Unfortunately, this school email account has been closed and I can no longer access it.

However, I am still being charged for the subscription. I would like to request cancellation of the subscription and to stop all future payments.

I can provide additional payment or billing information if needed for verification.

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
Ahmet Doser

Hi, I subscribed to Adobe for a short period because I needed it at the time but I honestly didn’t know there would be such a high cancellation fee if I cancelled early.

The fee is very expensive for me and I truly can’t afford it. I’m a student and I pay using my own personal card and money The subscription keeps charging me every month and I’m struggling to stop it.

I also barely use the apps anymore and you can check my account activity and monthly usage after each payment.

I kindly ask for your understanding and would really appreciate it if you could help cancel my subscription and waive the cancellation fee

Thank you so much.
