Migrating work account assets to personal account

Hello everyone, I have seperated from my employer recently and they very quickly disabled my work account, and my Adobe license was cancelled. I was prepared for this, for the most part, but I would still like access to ~50k photos I've taken in the last 2 years, most of which are backed up to Creative Cloud.

Should IT choose not to help me in this endevour, is it still possible to access my old photos, presets, albums, etc. and get them migrated to a personal account?

Lightroom does prompt me to pay for an account and sign in through that, but I'm worried my previous photos will be gone into the abyss.

Thank you.

Max

I'm sorry, but I couldn't find an answer to my specific question based on the information in this article. Maybe you could be more specific? I'm not seeing it.

no, your employer account/assets belong to your employer, not you.  if they do not want to share with you, there's nothing you can do.
