Question

Missing Creative Cloud

In my classroom, I am using Mac Computers (Catalina is the highest they can go), and file sharing on a Mac Server for sign in and storage purposes. Each student has their own user on the computer and uses the Creative Cloud apps installed there. They also have their own Adobe ID through our school. When I sign into the computer as the Admin, Creative Cloud app is in the toolbar -- and in the Creative Cloud Application folder. If THEY sign in, they are ALL missing. This was all working just last week. When I go the the CC Application folder there is a blank icon. When I try to open it I get:

The operation can't be completed because the orginal item for "Adobe Creative Cloud" can't be found.

I tried to reinstall Creative Cloud under their user login and it wouldn't work.

I will, but I don't think that is the issue. It is happening on EVERY one of my users and I would have to run it twice on every machine (once for each user) - over 100 times).
