Move files from Personal account to Business account
So I just created a business acount under the same e-mail as my personal account. I had a serviceagent from Adobe help me do this.
After it's done I realise, that I don't have access to to all my cloud docs when I pick my business account after login. They are all still only available when I choose my personal account after login.
So how do I gain access yo all my files via the business account?
As far as I can read on Adobe support, I need to manually download all the files and upload them again - but honestly? Is this 1996? There must be a way to do this automatically? I have hundreds of files, and atm I can only download one (some quite heavy psd and ai files) at a time. Although the support docs states that I can download up till 10 at a time (what a feature, jesus) - So does anyone know how to accomplish this, without spending a workweek? Or point me in the directions of decent documentation that explains how to do this? The Adobe customer support has a gatekeeper in form of an AI bot, and I have already given up on that!
