One of my supported user keeps getting asked to reset cloud account password - the others do not
I'm in IT support and one of my users keeps getting asked to reset his Adobe password out of the blue.
What is odd is the others do not have this experience. The first time it happened was Jan 13 and today Feb 11.
The first time I thought he did this on his own accidentally, but today I was present when in the middle of him workin on a file it came up and challenged him to sign in again - and this time made him change his cloud account password before he could proceed. According to him he doesn't share his password with anyone and I'm wondering if this is the system's auto-response to a hacking attempt?
"Password Reset Notice To protect the security of your account, you must reset your password."
What would cause this - any advice is appreciated. (fyi when the Adobe Password Breach happened I advised all my users to change their passwords immediately - this is not related)
