Shared library does not appear in business profile

The email my colleague shared his library is the same for my personal profile and the professional one, but when I choose the professional profile, the library does not appear for me! Can anyone help me?

Hi Roberta,

 

Thank you for contacting us. I looked at your Adobe account information and discovered that both your personal and business accounts use the same email address. Please log in to the email and choose the personal account to see if it works.

Hello, Tarun! Yes, the library appears with the personal account. But I
need to use the business account and that's what's weird, because it
doesn't appear in it. Because it's the same email, I should have access to
the library on both accounts. 😬
