Shared Library not showing

Hi there. I was invited by a colleague to collaborate on a CC Library. I clicked "start collaborating" in the email, but when I go to Share Libraries (or my library panel) nothing shows up. Any guidance would be helpful.

So, it is an email sent by Adobe on behalf of the person sharing the library.  When I get the email the hyperlink comes in like this: "https://url.us.m.mimecastprotect.com/s/bCmXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXqoK?domain=postoffice.adobe.com".  (That is not the actual link but you get the idea).


Resolved!  The person sharing the library just had to re-send the invitation.  Rather than clicking throught the email I clicked the Adobe Creative Cloud pop-up notification from the lower right hand corner of the screen.  I do not recall getting a pop-up when the libraries were originally shared.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Yeah, I tried that and nothing shows up.  I have a hunch that the link in the email is being changed byt our security software so it is not recognizing that I am accepting the invite.  The invitation still shows as pending for the user that shared the library but when I click the link in the emal it just takes to me to"Files | Adobe"  and reads "No files to show" and when I click "shared with you" it shows "you have no shared cloud documents".

Hello, did you check notifications? You should see the invitation there that you'd need to accept. When you accept the invitation, the Library will be added automatically.

Oh and on her end it says "pending" as if I have not accepted the invitation.

Looks like there is something broken with the email link.

 

We figured out how to make it work. If you open the CC app on your desktop and click on the notification bell in the top right corner you'll see the invite. You can accept it there and it'll work.

 

Extremely frustraiting. Because the email link doesn't work and even in the CC app no notification shows up on the notificaiton bell, so it was a pain to troubleshoot.
