synchronization problems with Adobe Creative Cloud

Hello, I have been having synchronization problems with Adobe Creative Cloud for two weeks. 
I have the same "server error" problem from my laptop (Win10) and my Imac (Catalina).
Support has been asking me to wait for 2 weeks!
