original build lighting does not reflect/match the out put rendering. I have played with some directional and environmental lighting, but the end result is the same, with the packaging being white-washed. Attached are the screenshot of the working document and then the render PNGs. Any insight?

Hello! as stated, one section of this obj file I downloaded appears low poly.  I tried swapping out the "properties base color" but no dice, still low poly.  Anything that can be done within Dimension? Or am I better off importing to Blender? Thank you!

Hello, This post is simply posing a simple question. If Adobe Dimension is claimed to be "built for mockups", why can't we do simple things like emboss/deboss or add corrugated surfaces? Why can't we make small tweaks to imported .obj files? It truly feels like Dimension is a neglected software that's collecting dust. It's like Adobe is begging us to move to Blender. Does anyone else feel the same way?

Al iniciar el programa la ventana aparece en negro sin ningun botón. En Creative Cloud me dice que Dimension es compatible con mi equipo. Ya re instale el programa 2 veces sin cambios. Dimension opens and lets me open projects, but once it loads I get a pop-up that says "it closed because of a problem." It doesnt matter the project, but dimension doesn't give me the "it crashed" pop-up until I try and quit. I made sure all my mac info is up to date, I have enough storage, and I've tried using adobe cleaner tool, and uninstalled/reinstalled twice, no change. The only clue I have is that when I reinstalled the second time it let me know there wasn't a version of dimension  for my current version of OS. It was working fine last night, so idk what could've killed dimension

Seems like the properties for 3D text is missing. Cannot make any adjustments, like change font or dept of extrution. Any ide how to make these options available? 

Please help me on the issue above. I have an iMac with Apple M1 chip & 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD storage. I tried install the latest version 3.4.11 and got the app freezes all the time. No matter how I did perform rebbot & shutdown. So, I tried install older version which is below 3.4.11, it is still same result. Everytimes I open the app and create new file, it keeps loading until no ending. What can I do?

Hi there!Whenever I use any text loaded decals, I am quite disappointed with the rendering results. See the screenshot. Left is part of the input file (a PS made PNG), right is the rendering result (quality setting high/slow).Check the poor appearance of rendered characters C and O especially.What can be done (by me) to improve this?Thanks 

Hello,I wanted to import a Solid Edge .obj file into Dimension to give it texture and export as a fotorealistic render. But whenever I import the file it adds this weird extra lines in. These are not there in the Solid Edge 3D program and only show up after importing and giving it a texture. Any idea how I can get rid of these extra lines on the surfaces?

Hello! I can't open a fairly large Adobe Dimension project that I've been working on. It is 114Mb.I started this project on a Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5, which has 16GB of RAM and not much to be said for the graphics card. The project would either fail to open entirely or open and then display a white screen. After looking for answers, the most obvious one was that my PC just wan't powerful enough. Totally understandable. So I bought an HP Victus 16 with 32GB of RAM and a bunch of other nice things as far as graphics should go. This one: HP Victus 16-r0073cl 16.1" Gaming Laptop Computer (Refurbished) - Mica Silver; Intel Core i7 13th Gen 13700HX 1.5GHz - Micro Center Now my Adobe Dimension project loads to 90% and then freezes. Ctr+Alt+Del, End Task, Open Project, Load to 90%, freeze, repeat. I've tried a dozen times now. So how do I get this to open? What can I try? 

I have a basic box laying on the ground and as you can see by my photo there are a few blur spots on render output, but not when I preview the interactive render. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I can just photoshop it but I would like to figure it out in AD.

I've been consistently getting the "A problem caused the application to stop working correctly." on a file that is 617.7 MB. I've restarted my Mac (2021, M1 Max, 32 GB Ram, with macOS 14.4.1 installed) and run ONLY Dimension (Version 3.4.11) and no other apps. I have 227.85GB of 1TB storage free. The dialog box is telling me to gather the log form and attach it via the Report a Bug via Feedback panel...I'm not sure if this is that "panel" but it's not clear where else it is. I've had numerous issues with Dimension and files over the past few years. I've created inerative versions of my files and name them "Opened_XX" with the date so that I know which ones I might be able to use. In the past I found that I was running out of storage and clearing my HD space helped, but right now, I've got a good deal of free space/RAM, so I'm not sure what else to do.  I did work through uninstalling Dimension via the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool as I've seen recommended in other for

I have a strange problem. If mI attach a decal to a object I have made and imoported, I cant save the file I get this error: Unable to save; if saving to a remotesynced folder, please try a different location. I have tried saving on my desktop and still the same problemIf I delet the decal I can then save no problem. It does not matter what file the decal is. So i've read over several post about this issues others have had opening Dimension and have checked most of those things to the best of my ablity. All drivers are up to date. My laptop is new - Dell 7506 with an intel Iris xe max graphics card. Not sure where to go from here. Please help 😄 Thanks,Preston
