Adobe Acrobat X Standard cannot activate

Question

Hi,

I just installed a new computer in place of an older one.

I had Adobe Acrobat X Standard installed on the old machine and running perfectly with my licence.

I tried to activate the licence on the new machine without success.

I then deactivate the licence on the old machine and tried to activated it on the new one.

But surprise, my licence is still exceeded.

I need my licence back.. It was working just fine on an Windows 11 machine and now, it's gone and i need to pay again? What a joke

Acrobat X is way beyond it's 'replace me' date. It's no longer available for use.
